3. Enrollment and Program Participation  
By enrolling in any program, you agree to:  Provide accurate information Maintain professional conduct Follow program guidelines Respect instructors and participants Use materials responsibly  We reserve the right to remove any participant for:  Disruptive behavior Harassment Fraudulent activity Unauthorized sharing of materials Violation of these Terms  Removal from a program does not guarantee a refund.  

4. Payment Terms  
All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan.  Failure to complete payments may result in:  Suspension of access Removal from the program Collection activity if necessary  You authorize PJ Cyber Security School to charge your payment method according to your selected plan.  

5. Refund Policy  
At PJCourses, we stand behind the quality of our training programs and aim to maintain fair and transparent policies.  Live Bootcamp Courses  You may cancel enrollment:  Up to 14 days before the class start date Refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee  No refunds will be issued:  Within 14 days of the start date After the program has begun For missed sessions Online (On-Demand) Courses  All online course purchases are final.  Cancelations:  Apply only to future billing cycles Do not result in refunds for completed billing periods Coaching and Mentorship Services  Fees for:  Coaching Mentorship Consulting Career guidance  are non-refundable once services begin.  Optional Add-Ons  Examples:  One-on-one coaching Resume reviews Interview preparation Certification exam preparation  may not be refundable.  How to Request a Refund  Submit requests to:  cyber@pjpros.com  Approved refunds will be processed within:  5–10 business days

PJ Cyber Security School provides training, guidance, and career development support.  We do NOT guarantee:  Employment Job placement Salary level Promotion Certification success  Success depends on:  Individual effort Skills Market conditions Employer decisions

7. Intellectual Property Protection  
All course content, materials, frameworks, and training systems are proprietary.  Unauthorized use may result in:  Account termination Legal action Financial damages  This includes:  Sharing login credentials Downloading and redistributing materials Teaching our curriculum without authorization

8. Technology and Service Availability  
We strive to provide reliable access to our services.  However, we do not guarantee:  Continuous availability Error-free operation Uninterrupted access  We are not responsible for:  Internet outages Platform downtime Third-party service failures

9. Limitation of Liability  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PJ Cyber Security School shall not be liable for:  Loss of income Loss of employment Loss of business opportunities Data loss Indirect damages Consequential damages  Total liability shall not exceed:  The amount paid for the program or service.
